Exploration of text data gathered in NCBI PubMed database. The aim of this project was creation of the IT infrastructure needed to store and process bibliographic data. All data were downloaded from PubMed using EUtils and stored in MySQL relational database. GUI is provided by MoinMoin wiki engine and some additional macros written in Python.
